These special sections allow you to take 3-credit hour online courses for a discounted rate, while living anywhere in the world as long as you have Internet connection*. Please be advised, If you have registered and paid for a regular on campus class, there will be a delay when receiving your refund for the regular class through FIU.

Please note: You will not be able to register for these courses via http://sis.fiu.edu as they are in "HELD" status. To request registration information for special XD section online courses, please go to https://estudent.fiu.edu/intl_requests and fill out the form completely. Our online cost of $799 per course includes the University's tuition and Online Learning technology fees. Please be aware that an additional 2% non-refundable credit card transaction fee is charged by Florida International University . Payment for course(s) may be made online using the PantherSoft Student Administration site at http://sis.fiu.edu .
